NOTICE: The Wake County Board of Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing at its April 19, 2021, meeting to confirm property assessments for the Mallard Crossing Subdivision Road Improvements. This proposed action will apply property assessments to all owners of property benefiting from the road improvements in the Mallard Crossing Subdivision, in accordance with Chapter 153A, Article 9, of the N.C. NOTICE: The Wake County Board of Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing at its April 19, 2021, meeting to consider amendments to the Wake County Code of Ordinances Chapter 150 entitled "Buildings and Building Regulations." The ordinance preserves and promotes the public health, safety and welfare of the inhabitants within the jurisdiction of the county by enforcement and control through regulations adopted by the state’s Building Code Council and the state’s Insurance Department. The ordinance safeguards the heritage of the County and its municipalities by preserving districts and landmarks for the education, pleasure and enrichment of the residents of Wake County. NOTICE: The Wake County Board of Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing at its April 19, 2021, meeting for a Business Development Grant Agreement with FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies USA, Inc. The project is expected to generate at least $1.5 billion in local investment and a minimum of 700 jobs with an average salary of $99,000. During the Governor's safer-at-home order, the Wake County Board of Commissioners will hold its regularly scheduled meetings virtually. The Board Room will not be open to the public for this meeting.

Members of the public who would like to submit general public comments for the Board meeting may do so in writing from 9 a.m. to noon on the day of the meeting. Three methods are available:

Comments will be summarized during the meeting by the Clerk and provided in full as part of the meeting minutes. 

The Board of Commissioners' work sessions are the second Monday of the month at 2 p.m. (unless otherwise stated) in the Wake County Justice Center.
